Myrtle Properties can arrange for a survey
through a network of RICS qualified local and regional
surveyors.
Three types of survey are available:
- SAVA Home Survey Report
- RICS Homebuyers Survey
- Residential Building Survey
The first two have the same content (SAVA is
electronic and RICS is paper based) the Residential
Building Survey is a more detailed report, more suitable
for older properties or those which have been extended.
